How to make sure our clients getting results

Currently I'm learning how to use High Level and all of its features, but I want to know if there any way to know if the client making results just by checking the software? let's say after 30 days of onboarding them into the software and offering them our services I know I must make Communication and loom videos at least 2 times per week like Adam said but just curious to know if results can be known directly from the software.
