Mining engineering guy NEEDS HELP!!!!

Hey everyone.

I am a General manager of an engineering company (mining/ heavy industry). I am in a niche market and I am looking for ways to grow my business. We make roughly 1.2 million a year. Looking at going to 3 million by next year. Looking for innovative ways to bring people in. Our biggest bottle neck is connecting with the mines due to it being such a small market and getting people aware of us.
