To do list is key in my daily job, otherwise, I will not be able to focus and defines my priorities. I would manage other priorities and also feel unhappy of my work day !

Hey, beautiful community! Sharing a quick snippet of my mobility and repair session this morning. My goal is to get stronger, faster, and more flexible, but with some injuries, I’ve had to focus on healing first. I’m stepping back with my pistol squats, easing into the pain, and learning to respect it instead of pushing through. If any of you deal with chronic injuries, how do you manage them? Let me know if you'd like more tips on how the brain perceives and heals pain! 💪✨

Hey Khedi, no I don't have such pains, I have meniscus knee pains which limits me to some specific sports 😊
