Some people argue that vegans are healthier, some argue that the carnivore diet is the way to go. For me, the most important thing is how my food was grown or raised. Eating healthy food is not eating a salad at McDonald’s over grass fed pasture raised steak and organic potatoes and grass fed butter. That being said, if I do not eat organic then when I eat a meat heavy diet with not lots of beans and lettuce I have less gut issues.
