Why is getting fit important to you?
If you don't truly want something, would you put up with discomfort to get it? Probably not. Inverting this: if you really DO want something, would you put up with discomfort to get it? Probably. We are all here for more or less the same reasons: build muscle, grow in self-confidence, and become better versions of ourselves. But why are achieving those outcomes actually important to you? Why do you really want to get fit?

2 big things for me… 1) I’ll be 50 years old when my youngest kid turns 18. I want to stay fit so I can fully enjoy one of the greatest gifts God has given me in my family. 2) I’m more effective across the board when I’m fit. I’m mentally sharper and I can make a greater impact
Left side/Strong side!!
I’ve been slacking on engagement in the app but still getting workouts in 👏🏼 one thing I’ve been surprised with is how much weaker my left leg is than my right 🙃 the isolated leg exercises have been pushing me!

I’ve made it a goal to run at least 20+ miles a week and this is my 2nd week doing it consistently!!!

I’m still feeling leg days 😂 glad to be working a few muscles I’m not normally activating during running 🏃‍♂️
