Day 6: BH 1 (inhale): 1.34 BH 2 (exhale): 1:08 Inhale feels so much more easy, exhaling feels more relaxing. I need to watch out that I don't inhale too much volume because of it produces too much pressure and lets me struggle early. I missed the breath ups - I guess they make the longer breath holds easier. I will definitely use them for the time after the challenge.

Big day - Day 7 Had a bad night sleep, woke up one hour before the alarm and felt tired. Was not able to sleep again, so I went for my breath work: BH1: 0.42 BH2: 1.00 BH3: 1.35 BH4: 2.01 (PR) - nice In BH 4 the 3 breaths before the breath hold (after inhale) were very strong, again a little bit of hyperventilation. This really helps me to ease into the hold for some time. A new finding: doing enough pauses between BHs are important. I always to some total body stretching between BHs and massage my diaphragm (at the edge of my rips). This seems to help. Challenge is done and it was fun. I am still uncomfortable close to the end of the BH, almost a feeling of panic and anxiety. I hope this goes away during the next weeks. Thank you for this challenge and for leading me into the mysteries of breath holding. I will continue to read over here, if that's possible.
