Filling transitions with exercise
I’m going to make a little log/ accountability post to record doing three mini workouts a day. This morning was 15 squats and 20 pushups(10full pushups, 10 knee pushups) What are you all doing day to day with excercise?

Did more squats and push-ups yesterday and first thing this morning. Got up at 4am to get to work as well🙃
First impressions
Hi all, wondering what everyone’s first impressions of the program are. Any progress stories? For me I’m working on my personal image for Focus. So far I see an image of a monk sitting on top of a pyramid looking into the distance at his goal. He meditates with a clear mind with a clear idea of his next step. Letting this image guild me back to my task when my mind wonders has been helpful on day one. I like the reminders in the lessons that your mind will revert to its most comfortable state away from progress. How everyone’s progress going?

I grew up around a lot of people who meditated as their calming practice, I think of them as business monks, calm but focused.

Trying to continue to apply my visual focus totem seems to help me push into a task more easily. So, small but important steps. Recently a friend of mine recently helped himself out of a funk where he was working 14-16 hour days and was over whelmed. He started jumping rope for the duration of two songs every morning, wind his work is at a desk he was gaining weight and feeling sluggish, he said after a week he felt different and after three weeks he looked different. I’ve tried following his example with doing squats and pushups first thing. So far it’s working but I’m on day three.
I struggle with vivid visualizations
As mentioned - I have an internal diaglogue not so much images. So it's hard for me to see the symbol that well when describing it or putting traits/symbols to them. Any suggestions?
