Are you using AI Notetakers in your agency? What are AI Notetakers? Software that automatically joins your meetings and uses AI to help you capture, organise and process information from your meetings I've been using Fireflies for over 6 months and it's been a great piece of software for our meetings. Which AI notetaker to use? We use Fireflies but honestly, all of them have free trials and have fairly similar features - sign up for a couple and choose which one works best for you! They also automatically join your meeting so you'll never forget to record🤣 These are a great addition on their own but you can take this to the next level by pairing them with automation tools like Zapier and make.com to get even more information from your meetings. Then the possibilities are really endless!

Last Friday I flew over to Turkey to meet some of our team mates for the first time (I'm here until Wednesday) Most people here have a remote team somewhere in the world - If you have a chance to I recommend planning a trip to visit them and reinforce that bond! I couldn't do most of the things we do for our clients without my team and I know that as we grow one of the most important things I'm looking to maintain is that connection between different team members Have you ever visited your team members?

Hey everyone. I find myself watching all kinds of videos on automation these days. Mostly because I really enjoy executing it and getting scenarios to work. I am also considering setting up an automation agency here in The Netherlands. But, everyone makes it seem easier then it must be. No one seems to answer these questions - How do you deal with the issue that clients need to have services like make or zapier, possible chatgpt or any other services you need to connect? - Do you let clients subscribe for those services themselves and then request access to all those services? Or do you set it up in folders in your own make account? - And for example for the OpenAI API, how do you charge them for their usage? I imagine it is best having your customers on a monthly retainer, no? Can anyone with some experience shed a light on this?
