Can We Use Sangam CRM to Manage Memberships of Association/NGO members?
Is it possible to use Sangam CRM to handle the membership details of registered members in associations or NGOs? Additionally, can it be used to remind members about upcoming events and notify them accordingly?

Sangam CRM Implementation at PBKIV
Had in depth Discussion with BK Bindu of Prajapita Brahma Kumaris Ishwariya Vidyalaya (international NGO) of Borivali West Center which is a worldwide spiritual movement dedicated to personal transformation and world renewal. Identify Challenges and requirements: Such as inquiry management, Attendance, reporting, Members Management & Events were identified as critical day to day requirements. Customization and Configuration: Sangam CRM was customized to meet their routine process & align perfectly as per their need. Modules & Fields were configured specifically as per their need for managing inquiries from different sources, student field, categories, QR Code Attendance for Members, Event handling and Campaign scheduling with workflow, and Mainly Enhanced Reporting Management of Data & Training: Excel data of existing student was migrated into Sangam CRM, ensuring data integrity and accuracy, from different branches with different member level, category-wise data were set up for detailed reporting and analysis. They wanted to have all their student data along with KYC details with different fields which is searchable in groups, and to identity as per their category of student, Different classes are conducted at various center, new student enrollment, joining, Attendance of student at any center, and various events happening during the year, earlier to Manage this entire task and process was taking a lot of time. Comprehensive training sessions were conducted for all users on effectively utilizing Sangam CRM, the training covered inquiry management, campaign, report generation, and Event processes. WhatsApp Integration with Sangam CRM Working Fine
Use Case: Automation of sending msg via WhatsApp, after lead is generated Making a tag first for Registration of lead, 3 ways lead are registered in CRM Import lead thru CSV, Manual entry of lead, Auto integration thru Google form, all are working fine and lead are generated in CRM Created a workflow automation to send a Thanks msg or any other msg to customer, Once lead is created thru any one of this way, WhatsApp msg thru campaign is shoot out, of specific template And even auto generation of Lead/Registration number goes with Customer name (Using Variable) This is tested and working fine from last 4-5 days no issue, even msg are send with different Mobile nos.
