Sharing...day 1. Life challenge.
After 90 days of dedication to the challenge, the community here, and myself, a new chapter begins as the challenge has officially come to an end. At this point, its greatest impact lies in the desire to continue my inner journey, exploring and deepening my understanding of myself, all while focusing on a few key goals: First and foremost, to maintain a daily practice, to consciously create the reality I wish to live in. My biggest challenge right now is breaking free from my dependency on weed. Today marks the first day of my complete commitment to quitting. I will meditate. I will read. I will invest my energy in sports. But I will not smoke. This dependency ends here. I am determined to stay strong, and I believe that meditation will be a crucial tool in navigating this process.
