Hey hey, everyone, a new video just dropped in the Classroom. It's on How to Silence Your Inner Critic using Positive Intelligence. If you are very self critical and your self esteem is suffering as a result, you won't want to miss this one. I did a coaching session on this topic last Thursday in Hey Shoo WOW Adventure and the ladies who attended the Zoom couldn't wait to sign up for the 6-week Positive Intelligence Program. They all started the program on Saturday - they've watched the first video, had their first POD meeting and done their first couple of days of PQ Reps. First just want to say - I'm over the moooooonnnn that this program found me. I am kinda thinking " where has it been all my life? Imagine what my life could have looked like had I encountered this at an earlier age?" That said - it is what is is. I have seen the difference it has made in Lauren's life. How focused, how much more clarity she has, how much more power she exudes. As I told her she is the reason that I am inspired to do the program each day. From the first thing in the morning, moving throughout the day. I totally stand in awe of how it has shaped her life and that is what I want. It totally fits into my values as a spiritually inclined person. It goes hand in glove with what I know thus far in my life. It feels like I have hit the jackpot. Enough said.
How can I take the path of least resistance?
How can I take the path of least resistance? What is the path of least resistance? This is one of the most misunderstood terms in the Law of Attraction because many take this to mean "the path of inaction". Yet this path is not about whether you take action or not. It's about how you FEEL on your path. Inspired action will be required at times, at other times it may be best to be still. It's also not about the destination, where the path is leading, so much as how you feel moment to moment. (Though having a vision of where you're heading certainly does help, especially if you're heading in the direction of a life of meaning and purpose). The path of least resistance could also be called: ๐Ÿ‘‰The path of most fun ๐Ÿ‘‰The path of most ease ๐Ÿ‘‰The path of least struggle ๐Ÿ‘‰The path of expansion ๐Ÿ‘‰The path of freedom ๐Ÿ‘‰The path of flow ๐Ÿ‘‰The path of joy ๐Ÿ‘‰ The path of peace It won't all be downhill. You won't just freewheel down the path to your desires. There will be moments when you feel it's distinctly uphill, there will be moments of struggle, but if you catch yourself in those moments. โ›…๏ธAnd stop. Take a breath. โ›…๏ธRemember your why. โ›…๏ธRemember who you really are. โ›…๏ธDo what makes you feel better in the moment. โ›…๏ธReach for a higher feeling thought. โ›…๏ธAsk a better quality question. โ›…๏ธDo whatever it takes to raise your vibration. And soon enough, you will be back feeling in flow, excited, inspired, determined and exhilarated once more. That's how I see the path of least resistance. What it the path of least resistance to you? I love the spin you have put on the clichรฉ " path of least resistance". I think like with SOOO much stuff we kinda just have grown up with, hear regularly, accept just as we have heard it said within the same ole same ole context, ( and I speak for myself here) -- never really given it much thought. I look forward to the new view of ' what least resistance can look like". Actually - as I write this, a memory dawns on me. One that goes as far back as 2010/11. A time when I was going through massive changes, shifts, lifestyle etc - upheaval on steroids. I had no other option but to stay put - take the path of least resistance. The imagery that I had to help me cope, was that is being held and embodied by a bank of mist. I could not move out of the mist, which obscured the way forward. I had to come to terms of a time when the mist knew what was the best for me. Knowing that in my discombobulated state, I could do more damage to myself than good. And then eventually, the mist dissipated and dissolved. I was able to move forward, one step at a time. Hmmm - probably way more times that I did this than I recall.

What would the best version of me do now? This is a great question to fire at the start of the day to set yourself up for a positive and productive day - especially when you have things on your to-do list that you are not inspired to do (like housework ๐Ÿฅฑ yawn). "Before enlightenment, chop wood, carry water. After enlightenment, chop wood, carry water." - Zen Buddhist Quote Some great answers to this question if you have a few minutes to spare to raise your vibration: ๐ŸŒŸ Take 5 deep breaths ๐ŸŒŸ Dance ๐ŸŒŸ Step out in nature ๐ŸŒŸ Plant or pick flowers ๐ŸŒŸ Hug a loved one ๐ŸŒŸ Pet your pet ๐ŸŒŸ Journal ๐ŸŒŸ Count your blessings ๐ŸŒŸ Eat colourful fresh fruit or veg ๐ŸŒŸ Drink water or herbal tea It's also a particularly useful question to ask when you're not sure what to do or say in a tricky situation. When you're feeling conflicted or stressed and you really need to draw on that bigger, higher, best part of you. Try this question out and let us know how it goes for you. What would the best version of me do now?

I like this question - for a day's starter. I kinda think that the best version of me will be okay with the way things unfold for me each morning. Prioritizing a time of contemplation, introspection and meditation. Get into the rest of the day with the intention of remaining in Presence and not run too far ahead. And when the day does do it's own thing, tosses gremlins across my path, Oh how I would love the Best version of me to remind me to be aware and get out of the wobble as quickly as possible, before the wobble gains momentum.

What can I do that's good for me, good for others, and for the greater good? Imagine living life by this creed. Imagine if we ALL lived life by this creed. What would our world be like? I'm gonna opt for the question : What is kind for me, kind for others and kind for the planet? I can't help but come back to the possibilities that would open up if I steadfastly and consistently applied myself to PQ - I feel that it is guiding me along the path of kindness to myself. Accepting myself and could lead to more acceptance of others where they are at. And a shift in one level of consciousness, believe it or not impacts the shift in the global consciousness. Hard to imagine, but I take the experts view on it. Ultimately, raising the level of consciousness in each one of us, will totally impact every body. Give a lift to a Mama that needs to get home after a day's work - where she has to travel via 2 taxis, then get home to cook and care for her family. Make a teeny tiny diff to her day. Which will make a teeny tiny diff to her children and family, which will make a teeny tiny diff to how well they sleep et etc. Or take care not to discount the teeny tiny creatures that move and groove on the same plot of land I do. And then acknowledge the contribution that I have been at the end of the day.
