What a learning experience! We have one contract that might come through (there’s an agent kind of standing in our way, not sure why since we’re going to pay him!) but the seller has already agreed to our terms. Fully furnished short term rental in Columbia. 0% interest, seller just wants $1000 a month $13,000 entry fee. Got a cash deal that Kalib had in his drip campaign. The guy is liquidating a whole portfolio so I think we’re gonna have to follow up with him tomorrow because we’re gonna wake my California partner again as Kalib is coming back and @Andres Mendoza will be joining us as well!
