I am safe! I am free! I finally felt my legs, knees, feet, feel heavy..feeling them, not being disassociated from the abuse fleeing to keep myself safe, my spirit feels safe to live in my body healing deep rooted ancestral trauma. I recently went no contact again with my mother who is narcissistic. I’ve been in both that grieving & liberation process. I’ve been going where I’m guided, doing the things spirit is telling me to do, no matter what. I’ve been in intense experiences of homelessness living in cars & for over 1 year one car living experience with my cat Magic, shelters, others homes, poverty being on food stamps etc, went back in contact in enmeshment & codependency with my mom, trying to work ‘regular jobs’ working for other people & Spirit slamming those doors shut making experiences to live & needs being met very difficult, learning through experiences walking away, going no contact, creating boundaries with toxic abusive people. + so much more. 🚨 ❤️ Please I am clearly communicating & asking that you do ✨NOT:✨ ✨Read me, read my energy, offer ‘guidance’ I’m well versed, and good on that, so no thank you. You do not have my consent, or permission to read me. ✨Offer ‘advice’ Not interested, no thank you. ✨Try to ‘critique’ my natural, organic, authentic expression. This is a message I heard softly in my ear. I thought I'd extend it to everyone here as we are all in the process of building something whether it’s ourselves, our futures, our dreams. In truth it’s all leading to the same thing. If you have seen Field of Dreams, then you will know what this means. For those who haven't, it is an older movie I saw as a kid. The message I received from it was follow your heart, trust yourself, and not everyone will share your vision. But it is your vision for a reason. Even if that reason is not completely clear in this present moment. Build it and they will come... I heard the words and I knew. Stepping into the role of a visionary, way shower or leader requires faith and belief that your efforts will yield the result, even if you don't know all the hows or whys yet. Commit to your vision. Commit to yourself. Build it and they will come... We don't necessarily need to know exactly how it all unfolds, but we need to start… and keep going. Even when snags, delays or the unexpected occurs. And these will occur because this is the Human experience. Creating a plan with measurable goals is important as it aids us in forward motion and focus. It also tells the Universe - hey! I'm doing this! But be open and willing to edit that plan as you go. Go with the flow. Build it and they will come... Also, equally important in the creation process is the drive to learn. Learn what is required to bring your vision into fruition. Learn the skills. Learn what you’re good at, and not so good at. Learn what you can outsource. Learn your audience. Learn the business backend. And so on and so on. Whatever is relevant for you. Little by little. One day at a time. It is a process. And with knowing yourself, acting from your heart space, and having faith and belief in the process, you will get there. One foot in front of the other, each day, building a little more and more, you WILL achieve those visions, those dreams. You were meant to.

Dear Friends, What a wonderful 3 days together! Thank you so much to Aaron, Victor, & Mat for facilitating this. I have been so inspired connecting with many of you, enjoying what you're sharing and most of all - I have felt so supported by you all even in moments of pure weakness and vulnerability. As I have shared with some of you - my Full Time Purpose will be opening this retreat center/wildlife sanctuary in Costa Rica. The concept behind the center is a place where humans are healing animals and in turn, animals heal humans. The hospital/wildlife portion will take some time as the permitting process for this is very slow in CR - Pura Vida lol - but the retreat center will be ready in few months! Right now I am totally immersed in the construction of this facility which will have 8 private bungalows on the property along with a hostel-like quarters to offer a less private but more economical space. I am building the wildlife hospital with the meditation/yoga deck above it (as you can see in the drawings here). I plan to be open this Fall 2023 to host all sorts of spiritual retreats - yoga, meditation, sacred medicine, sound healing, ocean conservation, wildlife experiences, nature connectivity etc. We are walking distance to the beach with the most beautiful sunsets imaginable (pictured here, no filter).
