✅Athlete Review
Improving Athletic Habits should be #1 on your list. Changing an athlete at the habit level, unlocks a new tier of potential. It's hard because it's not flashy, takes lots of reps, and isn't in line with current training methods. But, if you understand it and can implement it, WATCH OUT! It's like having a magic wand that creates elite athletes. The best movement patterns aren't complicated, difficult or hidden. They are available and ready for Coaches to start teaching. If you haven't gone though the Athletic Habits Course yet, hopefully watching this video will convince you.

@Tony Douglas mostly, I utilize heel elevated iso(and overcoming iso) positions, usually in a squat or lunge posture and oscillatory squats, split squats with minimal weights for force development

@Tony Douglas Nice. It's important for athletes to add resisted sport specific movements to their training. It helps overall movement quality. Will like to see more of this

@Tony Douglas Thanks, looking forward to it
Mobility as a Foundation for Strength and Power
i believe mobility is the foundation that allows athletes to perform at their peak without risking injury. A lack of mobility in key areas, like the hips, , or ankles, can limit performance and increase injury risks. integrating dynamic stretching and joint-specific mobility drills into every session, especially before heavy lifting or agility work; hip mobility drills can significantly improve balance and power

@Tony Douglas I believe every athlete has different needs, some may be tighter at the hips while others at the knees or ankles. But overall I believe a great mobility routine for explosive movements targets triple extension, after which you can add on drills for specific focus points. And also the upper body shouldn't be neglected
Gas vs Brakes
The most important skill to understand. This simple skill makes or breaks athleticism. If the athlete has it (we educate and enhance). If the athletes doesn’t have it (we educate and improve). This should be the very first movement pattern diagnosed with any athlete through a variety of different skills. ✅ Let’s get it

@Tony Douglas Preach, just like a sports car, heavy duty hp engines are a waste if it can't decelerate as good as it can accelerate, so also does the human body. All great athletes possess superior deceleration abilities
