Hey guys, I’m Amrit. I work in the real estate field in BC, Canada. I want to build up the operational capacity of my business to take day-to-day operations off my plate and allow me to spend my time in a more strategy/vision based role. I’m in the process of planning this transition and would love to hear from others who have done something similar. Our core leadership has 20+ years in property development, but what we lack is the knowledge to find like-minded investors who believe in our strategic goals.
