We just recently came across David and the Mind Gym but have been eager to learn and put into place some new strategies to help our daughter grow. Today she finally broke through a new threshold and got quite a few PBs by a little bit of time. I haven’t seen her glow at a meet like today in awhile! Looking forward to continuing to grow alongside her! 😊

I’m following David on insta and came across this what not to say video before a meet https://www.instagram.com/reel/DA5169VIFLt/?igsh=aG9rZ2ozdTMyeHQ= I wasn’t able to go to the live last week for the pre-meet checklist, but I’m wondering what’s better to say to your kids before a meet - other than I love you! We are definitely guilty of saying pretty much everything outlined in the video 🤪😞😩
