Mindset- courage (to work through the unknown and unexpected!) Movement- Balance class, my favourite class, includes yoga tai chi & pilates Micronutrients- wild caught salmon with broccoli; pear & walnuts for snack 😋

Mindset- peace (let go of worries & anxious thoughts) Movement- 2 longer walks, extra energy today 😊; also acupuncture with Dr Irina which helped sinus & cough Micronutrients- started the day with a loaded protein shake- avocado, paleo reds, coconut kefir, papaya, banana 😋

- being present (always a challenge with a busy mind) - morning walk was chilly and dark but I encountered a very welcome gathering of chickadees within a leaf barren tree; also enjoyed a lovely facial massage which helped relieve my aching sinuses 😊 - Homemade zucchini muffin (adapted from Higher Health recipe) with fresh strawberries & coconut kefir for midday snack, quite yummy 😋

My favorite health meal: a nourishing broth, quality beef, colorful veggies, and warming spices. It’s packed with micronutrients to support immunity and energy. 3Ms to start my week: - aiming to be positive (cough still lingering, voice still gone) & grateful 🌞 - lovely walk around the neighborhood, met many neighbours & dogs, all in good spirits - very contagious 😊 - Enjoyed my favourite go to lunch, spinach omelette adding nutritional yeast and turmeric & accompanied by sauerkraut
