Hey all, Sorry for the late entry here. Here I go: 1. I am a keen listener and good at reading non verbal cues/communication. Coming from a background in advertisement where I spent much of my time in client meetings for briefs, campaign pitches, and project negotiations. Many times it was through the non-verbal communication that a client would show if they wanted a particular campaign or not, and also during the briefings, the smallest comments were always the most important. I believe this skill is valuable for a PM role since in order to produce a good product, the findings in the discovery stage must be accurate and aligned to offering the correct solution to the clients pain points and opportunities. 2.Values: Empathy. I am an empathetic person able to quickly place myself in the shoes of the other person, allowing me to understand where they are coming from when they speak. This helps me be a good listener and also adapt my way of working to better understand my clients. 3.Unique experience: Almost all my work experiences have involved me launching a product from scratch. This has been challenging since it has been difficult to obtain a benchmark to compare and use as support but it has allowed me to not only find creative solutions to business problems but also develop a structured method of thinking and working for me that I use now to tackle any challenge/project I receive whether new or existing: Investigation/Discovery, process/analysis, diagnostic and presentation, planning, and execution.
