79 minutes of Hormozi Wisdom (Hormizdom??) recapped in 20 statements
I just watched this great video on YouTube where Hormozi recaps 13 years of no BS business advice in 79 minutes (39.5 minutes on 2x). There’s a link below if you wanna see the full video. Or you can view the bullet points below for the 20 big takeaways from the video. Which nugget of Hormizdom is your favorite? 1. Have something extremely expensive to sell that you never even plan on selling 2. No one knows you exist. Advertise more 3. Until you’re at $100K/month, advertising is all of your focus 4. Under $1M/year? It’s 1 channel, 1 avatar, 1 product 5. Always start for free… Always 6. Proof over promise 7. Raising prices almost always makes you more money. But you hear “no” more often 8. Talk to customers to solve all of your problems 9. If you want to make your first sale on the phone, remember C.L.O.S.E.R. C. Clarify why they’re here L. Labeling with a problem O. Overview their past experiences S. Sell the vacation E. Explain away their concerns R. Reinforce the decision 10. Before you even think of doing something new: Do 10x more of what is already working 11. Growth is stressful. Stagnation is stressful. Decline is stressful. That means that business is stressful 12. The Lookback Window: Customers determine whether a purchase was good based on the last purchase they made 13. Try to sell sawdust 14. Arm your sales people 15. A lot of businesses don’t do this: You should unify sales and advertising 16. Every business needs 3 key functional leaders: One person in charge of getting customers. One person in charge of delivery. One person to run the day to day 17. The person with the highest standards should be in charge 18. Whenever you’re hiring: Make sure that the new person raises the average bar 19. There are 5 reasons that someone is not doing what you want them to do. 1-They don’t know what you want them to do. 2-They don’t know how to do it. 3-They don’t know when to do it. 4-They weren’t motivated to do it. 5-They have something blocking them

@Phil Wilcox I don’t think you need to watch it either. He does go a little bit deeper into some of the points on the video, but you get the main idea from just reading the main points.

Welcome to the Hodl520 Community!
Thanks for joining the Hodl520 community where I and other members will help you to get started buying and investing in Bitcoin the easiest way possible with the simple Hodl520 strategy. Please introduce yourself to the community so we can get to know you and make a better connection with you. Answer these three questions to get started: 1. What’s your favorite place to go hiking, camping, or just be outdoors? (Please post a pic if you have one) 2. What’s your favorite sports team or your favorite sport? (We’d love to see any pics you have) 3. What’s your favorite food, or favorite restaurant, or the best thing you’ve eaten in the last week or so? (You know what I’m gonna ask. Post something to make us all drool!) Another thing I’d love to know about you, why are you interested in Bitcoin? And finally, please let us all know how long you’ve known about Bitcoin.

Hey Everyone! Some info about me: 1. I love hiking in the Superstition Wilderness just outside of Phoenix, AZ 2. I love the Angels (for baseball) and the Chargers (for football) 3. I love traveling and food from all over the world. Recently, I had some crispy beef that was amazingly flavorful and ridikulously krispy (yes with a K in both words, it was so perfektly krispy) I’m interested in Bitcoin because it is going to bring wealth and prosperity to everyone who uses it and, even better, its usable by just about everyone in the world. It is pretty amazing! I look forward to meeting and helping you!

@Phil Wilcox Great question, thanks for asking! Hodl520 is a way of getting started in Bitcoin by buying $500 of Bitcoin and moving it to a safe wallet to hodl it (Bitcoin community term for “hold on to it") for 20 years while it does its magic. So in other words Hodl $500 of Bitcoin for 20 years (Hodl+500+20).
Why have you not bought any Bitcoin yet?
What is the biggest reason, or one of the biggest reasons, you have not bought any Bitcoin yet? Please answer this question and let me know your thoughts or worries so that I can help you to get over the hump and help make it easier for you to start buying Bitcoin. Thanks!
