@Yvam Nessyma also the glass of wine messed up the table's mirror effect - can you see the wine and the original pillow is missing?
iPhone photography course
I got this course, and have to say that is very well done: iphonephotographyschool.com (no affiliation, I just liked it) Of course, it's tailored for iphone, but (from the low level of my inexistent photography experience) I think it's a good photography course, talking about a lot of different topics. It's definitely. amassive course. They have a continuos 80% discount, so in the end it costs 50$

@Yvam Nessyma Thanks for sharing, I was just looking for a course to learn about taking photos (ideally with iPhone). It's not a new post, so maybe the site changed a little - I see a few courses on that link now. Which one did you take: - iPhone photo academy - Instagram academy - or something else altogether?

@Bart Gerard Thanks! I was thinking IG one might be best, but I sounds like first one will work better 👍
Mathematically most attractive male body proportions and how to measure them.
Arm Circumference Your flexed arms should be 150% larger than the circumference of your non-dominant wrist (wrist circumference x 2.5). To measure your wrist, find the bony lump on the outside (the styloid process), open your hand, and wrap a tape measure around the space between that lump and your hand. To measure your flexed arms, wrap the tape around the largest part of them (the peak of your biceps and middle of your triceps). Calf Circumference Your flexed calves should match your flexed arms. To measure your flexed calf, raise your heel, press your toes into the floor, and wrap a measuring tape around the largest part of the muscle. Forearm Circumference Your flexed forearms should be 100% larger than the circumference of your non-dominant wrist (wrist circumference x 2). To measure your flexed forearm, wrap the tape around the largest part of them while flexing them away from your body. Shoulder Circumference Your shoulder circumference should measure 1.618 times larger than your waist (waist circumference x 1.618). This produces the coveted V-taper that research has proven to be attractive to women. To measure your waist circumference, circle your waist with a measuring tape at your natural waistline, which is above your belly button and below your rib cage. Don’t suck in your stomach. To measure your shoulder circumference, stand upright with your arms at your sides (no flaring your elbows or spreading your lats), and have someone wrap a tape around your shoulders and chest at its widest point, usually near the top of your armpits. Chest Circumference Your chest circumference should be 550% larger than the circumference of your non-dominant wrist (wrist circumference x 6.5). To measure your chest circumference, stand upright with your arms at your sides (again, no flaring your elbows or spreading your lats), and have someone wrap a measuring tape around the fullest part of your pecs, under your armpits, and across your shoulder blades.

Thanks for sharing. Can you link some references for those numbers?
My instagram is empty, but I have some backlog of photos - what and how to post them?
I don't post on social media, but I have some backlog of photos: - 2-3 photo sessions in multiple locations done by photographer, in last 2 months - recent travel photos from multiple locations, close to MoA quality - travel photos from last year - mostly with either views without me, or where I could look better I'm wondering how to go about selecting and posting them, here are my questions: 1. If I have great photo of just a travel location without me - is it worth posting on the gird, story, or should I skip it - especially if it's not recent? 2. What's the best order to post? Recent trips first? Best photos first? Group same country/city together, or mix it up? 3. Does frequency matter? Like posting only a few a week before I go through my backlog, or dumping a lot at once is fine? For now I aim to showcase a digital nomad lifestyle, and with that as a solid base I'll think where to take it from there. Thoughts?

@Severin Zhou Thanks! (1) so in general - if I'm not on the picture, it does not go on a grid? As for stories - I guess mixing up does not apply there? Meaning - keep all trip related photos/videos together?
Malaysia/Kuala Lumpur - recommended photo spots
I'm currently in Kuala Lumpur until the end of next week. My goal is to get some grid worthy photos, and I'm looking for recommendations. Some sort of instagrammable spots list like this is my baseline - I plan to check a few of those spots: https://www.headout.com/blog/instagrammable-spots-in-kuala-lumpur/ I have looked for some rooftop bars, and I got some decent shots in Sky51 - rooftop view is great, and the bar area looks fancy https://maps.app.goo.gl/pNaCiXdCqoAQ9bud8 Do you have any favorite spots to include for taking grid worthy photos here? Any MoA member around and up for taking some shots?

@Lawrence P Thanks! Adding maps link: https://maps.app.goo.gl/64PMAbHaaXfQW2929 I'm assuming it's around $100-$200 per person?

@Yvam Nessyma solid suggestions, appreciate it! I think I've seen similar advice in other posts, but that should be standard procedure 👍 I wonder if we could create a per city location MoA recommendation lists for taking high value pictures 🤔
