Commission teams only get paid when you get paid. It’s a win win There’s incentive for them to work as best as they can so they get paid. Leverage the third word, leverage the dollar etc and hire guys who are motivated with great English. It’s not hard. Look at Skool communities and Facebook This could be cold calling, DMs and emails. I promise you can book 5+ consistent calls daily with cold outreach teams for next to nothing. I had 10+ daily with cold outreach. I promise with a decent motivated team, the right scripts and systems you can close many deals with a small budget. More contact = more appointment flow = more deal flow = more money. Hey guys, I need your help. I started running an ad for a client on the 20th. So far I've gotten 7 leads, one lost interest after hearing the price, one agreed to a show up time but didn't show, two started replying text but stopped, doesn't pick calls, or return voicemail, so does the rest. I know it's just 3 days in but I'm worried because this is a 14-day free trial that should lead to payment and worried about not getting results and losing the client. What should I do?
