@Munro Barclay-Miller Get someone to kidnap your family and lobotomize you so you forget that you got your family kidnapped. Ask them to tell you that only way, they let your family go is if you hit your target. Follow for more tips!
Script and Roast my cold call
Hi guys I have changed up my script to try and sound more like plumbers. Can I get a Script feed back. “I get invited in by ambitious plumbers who spending so much time on their tools and running the day to day, so they don’t have the time to grow their business, which leads to some finding it difficult to bring in steady flow of customers through the door others not being able to get if front of the right types of people, which leads to wasting time on customers who aren’t serious and many of them are too busy with juggling heavy work loads and building a social presence becomes an after thought I got a feeling you are going to tell that none of that applies to you and everything is perfect.” Also here is a cold call I have done using that script. It lasted for 10 minutes, I had a re-watch of it myself I feel like I could ask better questions and I was getting stuck on questions to ask. I would love to get your guys feedback. https://youtu.be/atN8caFFoAA

@Jonathan Philips It's very context dependent. It would be a great thing to role-play on the Q&A.

If you can touch on the "Ikea Effect" tomorrow, I think that would be very helpful. I know a lot of sales folks go Grant Cardone mode when asked, "What do you do?"
Make the most out of the WHAM courses
Going through sales courses and reading books can feel overwhelming. It can feel like there is more forgetting going on then learning. Our brain is a "forgetting machine" because more information means more calories burnt. The only thing the brain actually remembers is information it deems relevant. The same goes for learning—if the brain doesn't find relevance in the information, it will forget it. You can find relevance in the information by connecting it to your personal life (because we value ourselves above anything else). You can do this by asking three simple questions: 1. What problem am I trying to solve? 2. Why is this important? (You can ask this about the problems you're looking to solve and the techniques that help solve them.) 3. How does it relate? (To the big picture, to the problem I'm trying to solve, to other topics, etc.) Then go out and apply -> Get feedback -> repeat! Hope this helps!
