I kind of a gree with @David Rtishchev . Youtube ads have not commonly performed super well in our space. Focusing on referrals first should be the primary objective! once you've exhausted all referrals options, I'd focus on content creation, and then ads. Just my two cents!

We're focused purely on America first. American citizens, background checked employees, etc. It's not for everyone but that's why we are doubling down on the model.
Introducing Myself
Hey everyone! I'm Bobby from Minnesota. I currently own a small landscaping company right outside of Minneapolis. We've been in business for roughly 40 months and are still very much a startup! We are trying to grow, learn, and expand operations as quickly as possible. We currently have a farm with two sheds and roughly 10,000 sqft of indoor space and an acre of exterior space that we're running Minnesota crews out of. We also opened a division in Scottsdale, Arizona in month 10. This has been a challenge on its own! We expect to open two new locations both in Florida and Tennessee in the next 12 months, but we still have to dial in some of our operations prior to full scale expansion. I can't wait to learn from all of you and hear what problems each of you have learned to solve. Thanks for letting me be a part of this group!

Best ROI
What are your best and worst ROI services? - Lawn Care (mowing, trimming, edging, mulching, overseeding, aeration, etc) - Hardscape (patios, paths, walls, etc) - Design (residential or commercial designs) We are Arborists who recently launched a landscape devision. So all my knowledge is Tree Care and business related. Love to hear feedback from in the trenches Thanks!

Planting! Any type of "landscape refresh" that involves planting is huge. We always mark up plants 200% therefore when the job is all said and done, we commonly sit with margins of 40-50% at the end of the project. Lawn care kind of sucks. Our margins run between 17%-30% depending on the crew and whether it is residential or commercial. Lawn care is a lead generator for us. Patios are fine. Aeration and fertilization dominates! And if you become good at design work you can definitely start making margins of 50%+.
