I will commit to doing a 15 minute meditation and stretch this evening. And as for eating I only will make maccaroni and shrimps as I'm trying to use what I have before thw big shopping for this month.

I suffer from a lot of inflammation in my body so this is right up my alley. I want to actually use two because I think it would help with my glucose spikes I have in the morning. So 1.Protein Power and 2. Vinegar hack. I feel confident with trying these for 7 days.
