Post Your Breath Hold (Week 45: Nov 4th - Nov 10th)
Post all your Breath Hold Times here! Let's go & double your breath hold! ๐Ÿง‘โ€๐Ÿซ Step 1: Take an inhale, start your stopwatch & hold your breath. Step 2: Post your time here so you can get feedback and points Step 3: Head on over to the Classroom & follow the instructions Already participated last week, or last month? No worries, you can post and do it as much as you want (as a matter of fact, we'd only encourage it ๐Ÿ˜Ž) And if you done the challenge once (or twice), feel free to shake it up a little bit. Do exhale breath holds only for a week, or take it easy and do 1-2 breath holds a day without going for a max. Variety is the spice of life. Get to level 4 in the Leaderboards, and you unlock the Superhuman Lungs training protocol (who doesn't want to have lungs like the Human Dolphin?) Hi everyone. We have a winner for last weeks Breath Hold Challenge. Before I announce the winner I wanted to tell you that you all put in some hard work. Even if you didn't win this time please keep going. I will be changing the rules to make it a little easier to win. You no longer have to post all 7 days. I want everyone to have a chance to win. @Rory Phelan I was referring to the zero dive with no breathe up, followed by resistance breathe up day 2, and day 3 where the snake exhale was used. It is fascination to see the difference that day 3 made - especially the snake exhale.

Round 2: Day 2: Dive 1: 1.29.63 Dive 2: 1.32 Very similar to first challenge.

Round 2: Dive 1: 1.57; dive 2: 2.29.39; dive 3: 2.31.40. First thing in the morning. Second and third BH were significantly longer than the BH in the first round. Better to have a little to drink as well. Pulse 61 afterwards.

Open water swimmer, freediver and scuba diver. Breathing is extremely important for all the sports that I practise.Forgot to mention that I am 72!
