This is a great summary of the steps to wholesaling! Do you have a favorite resource for viewing price per sqft by location? There was a heat map somewhere I saw years ago and am not sure where to find it again now…but essentially you could zoom into a city on the map and see different colors representing the varying avg price per sqft associated with each area/neighborhood. Is there a link to anything like this that you use and can share? Thanks!

That makes sense. What I liked about the map view of avg price per sqft by area was more about identifying neighborhood trends. Definitely only as an added layer of data in addition to actual comps, but can help you decide if adding sqft is a good/bad idea or reconsider the level of rehab needed to fit the area. Would be even better to see where price per sqft has gone up/down over recent years to find the path or progress in areas we are less familiar with…but I’ve never seen that. Will let you know if I find the map I mentioned. Lately we’ve been getting comps from a realtor friend, not sure if my wife is using pro stream but will find out.
