Welcome to the community 🏊 ===== ⚠️ IMPORTANT ⚠️ ===== I have a free mini-course for you, but it's for action-takers ONLY. And remember, you're doing it to help your child overcome pre-race anxiety. Total time investment: 2 hours (watch it at double speed and it's only 1 hour) 🎁 You'll get a reward if you finish this mini-course in 5 days. 🥾 If you don't, we'll ban you from this community (as I said, it's for action-takers only. Period). So... what can you learn here? ===== The mini-course ==== How I swam a Swiss record in the Olympics in front of 15'000 people using simple 3min visualization and breathing techniques (got the techniques from Dr Jim Bauman who was the sports psychologist of Michael Phelps)... ❌ No woo-woo stuff ❌ No hour-long meditations (who's got time for that?!) ❌ No "if I do this for 6 months I hope I will eventually see results" Yes, 3mins/day is enough to change your child's swimming career forever. ... and make the National Team or represent your country at international competitions and even the Olympics. How? Using the MindGym Visualization and Conscious Breathing techniques. Watch this free 5-video mini-course (starting with the START HERE: The Anxiety Advantage). PS: If you finish the mini-course within 5 days of joining the community I have a reward for you. If not, you’re out. This community is for action-takers ONLY. So.... What is the reward? It's a video training from my $5k mentoring program where I show you how your child can build genuine and lasting confidence on autopilot without any extra effort. Watch this video first. PPS: If you are not sure whether the mini-course is worth your time, read the review from swimmer parents who finished the mini-course in the comments below 👇

Feedback on the Mini-Course: I wish I new all this when I was swimming. I was the perfect example for all that went wrong. Luckily enough I rediscovered my love for swimming after I quit competitive swimming. it took a few years without water though... I really enjoyed the course and learned very important things every (!) parent - not just swimmer's parents - should know. So I absolutely would recommend this course! Thanks @David Karasek for sharing such valuable stuff!
4. Olympic Plan Assignment
Hi David, #1: Are you and your child going to use the Anxiety Advantage? I am certainly going to use it for myself - not for succeeding in swimming though 😉 but for several recurring situations during my business and other sports. I haven't had the opportunity to speak about it with my child but I certainly will. My guess: He might try but not tell me 😊. #2: There obviously is no smart reason to not use it. The roadblocks in the beginning might lie in the visualization and creating a habit.

3. The Tools Assignment
Hey there, #1: My biggest takeaway is that it is/seems pretty easy to do. I use breathing techniques myself (mainly for climbing hard routes) and love it. I also "make" my Kids do it but not regularly and mostly when there is some Kind of panik or unwell being. #2: Again, no concerns - it's so straight Forward. #3: Conscious Breathing and Visualization would benefit my child because it changes the Focus from the time he wants to achieve to doing the best he can. Thanks a lot for sharing all this information, @David Karasek

2. Missing Piece Assignment
#1 There were a few great take away. Firstly, I had goosebumps when you told your story - thanks for sharing ♥️. The next thing was the positive impact of a trained mind on body and technique. I can feel that this is the magic switch. However, I think you need to experience it in order to integrate it in your routines. Otherwise you/kids might still think (because trainers tell so) that working more, practising longer, harder, etc. is the right way to go. #2 No concerns regarding your work - more on this in a DM #3 It's important to me that my child has fun in swimming because it's a great sport, he loves it and is good at it. For me it personally is not "important" that he is successful (in the meaning of winning) but I like him to suceed and reach his personal goals (although I think he does not even guess what he is capable of...). I really love your videos!

@Eiker Jacome thanks 🙏
Biggest Mistake Assignment
Great Video! 1. Biggest takeaway: Putting focus on the wrong things avoids improvement in the race situation 2. Biggest challenge: Keeping committed (but you said many times that it can lead to results quickly) 3. Plan: Convincing and motivating the child 😉
