I saw some demand for this video in this community, so I got it ready for you all. I want to say before you watch this, that everything went to shit as soon as the bell rang. I had trained to try to get perfect form and technique and it's very disappointing to see how sloppy everything got. If this video wasn't here, I wouldn't remember any of this.

Nice job on winning this match though, you might have thought that it wasn't do good but it was awesome. I couldn't even do any of that because 1 I don't box and 2 because I'm not as strong as you. But overall, you did great.

My name is Colby Duncan and some of my hobbies are playing guitar, lifting everyday, and being active. My favorite area for training is the biceps. The main thing I want to get out of this community is to be stronger than ever, help out anything I could, and be a better person. My go to post workout snack would be cut apples with peanut butter.
