ES short
I hope someone got in on this short in ES today (I’ve been trading the micros) I was busy working and missed it. But missed money is better than lost money.

Nice!
What’s an accomplishment you’re proud of?
For me it was being able to take my Dad to the Kentucky Derby this past year ✅ For those that know my dad you’re well aware that he is…frugal lol. So being able to check off experiences on his bucket list, after all he’s done for me is worth more than any bank account number in the world! Would love to hear about your “proud moments” below. Don’t worry if it’s big or small…if it’s important to you, it’s important to us. 🙏

@Cynthia Munoz thats a sure sign of good parenting👍
How much do you all check for new supply/demand zones vs waiting for one of your alerts to be triggered?
Curious how much everybody keeps an eye on the candle charts throughout the day. For example, the first thing I do in the morning is identify new supply demands zones on the 1H time frame that developed since I was last on the day before. Then I set alerts for for everything I’m trading, ES, GC, etc. What do you all do at this point? Do you all just wait for alerts before you look at the charts again? Or do you check back in periodically to see if new supply and demand zones have formed?

My biggest lesson learned is waiting. Never chase price. There's always another trade around the corner. Sometimes it will take hours for it to come back around to your zone, but its worth the wait.
