Breath Hold Times (August 23rd to August 30th)
Post all your Breath Hold Times here! New & not sure where to start? Let's get going! Step 1: Take an inhale, start your stopwatch & hold your breath. Step 2: Post your time here so you can get feedback and points Step 3: Head on over to the Classroom & follow the instructions Let's double that hold! ๐Ÿง‘โ€๐Ÿซ Already participated last week, or last month? No worries, you can post and do it as much as you want (as a matter of fact, we'd only encourage it ๐Ÿ˜Ž) And if you done the challenge once (or twice), feel free to shake it up a little bit. Do exhale breath holds only for a week, or take it easy and do 1-2 breath holds a day without going for a max. Variety is the spice of life. Get to level 4 in the Leaderboards, and you unlock the Superhuman Lungs training protocol (who doesn't want to have lungs like the Human Dolphin?) Post all seven days, and you may be the lucky winner of the Breath Hold Mastery course ๐Ÿ˜Ž And last (but not least) a little shout out to last weeks top 10 leaderboard: @Curro Cachinero @Mir Jam @Denis Blanchard @Tina Mosner @David Broberg Wilby @Nick Dillon @Peter CK Wong @Deleted @Kristopher Pensenti @Rajesh Tamada

Thank you so much for all your encouragement guidance and love. I was going to answer the questions this morning but was too late to post. Briefly speaking, this was the first lesson I took. MAX at about 03:14.97was the best I got and I don't intend to top it again in the near future, my goal is to build a healthier body. Last 3 trails for inner Dolphin was too much stress for me and I have to go to a Physio-Therapist last night to ease my pain, I LEARNED SOMETHING NEW! The therapist found the stress brought out existing problems of the Bladder Meridian which is very important for detoxification. She massaged from the bottom of my feet along the Bladder Meridian all the way to the neck and back of my head. Very painful experience. But this morning, never felt so good and full of energy. The massage woke up my Mitochondrial Function by getting rid of the toxins. I will keep discovering what can help me most to live a healthier life and share with people. Love you all! Peter CK Wong

@Curro Cachinero To work on the Bladder Meridian you have to lie face down and let a good therapist work on you. Even the therapist who work on me cannot do it for herself. Over the years, my body is loaded with drugs for my heart conditions, chemo and target therapy drugs and all kinds of radiations With a heart that is not functioning well, blood just flow so slowly, it will take a lot more sections to get rid of the toxins before I can rely on yoga and food and lifestyle to keep me healthy. I have gone through lots of illness the last 10 years, I always take them as God's way of teaching me new things to help people. Honestly, I thank God all the for His Blessings.

Day 7 I made 4 dives to get the MAX 01:47.92 02:18.93 02:36.17 03:14.97 I match my Day 4 MAX of 03:14.34 with much ease today. I will be 75 in November, I don't want to stress my heart too much after my 3 attempts to get my inner Dolphin in the last two days. My resting HR is still about 120, I want to see my resting heart rate at about 70 so I can live longer. ๐Ÿ˜ƒ

@Curro Cachinero my hr has been high since 2019 and I have gotten use to it. Pulses are very weak and I can hardly feel them with my fingers. I don't feel any discomfort , I can still walk faster than most people without gasping for air. I seldom feel fear perhaps my hr just won't jump any higher to send me the anxiety signal. I don't know how a patient like me should feel, I just comfort myself as a sports car running on high RPM Turbo, just hope that I won't burn my engine one day. I tried once diving into the water from a boat after the sun got down. It was a scariest experience I ever had and I will never want to try again. ๐Ÿ‘for your deep diving records, enjoy and take care๐Ÿ˜
