Nice message, groups like this do have an impact and you should be proud off yourself for taking the time to do it, I am growing everyday and what you do really does have an impact on people, so thank you.
Stretches
Morning all, stretches going well and my statics is easing day by day, feel like I have more energy, getting up at 4am to stretch and hit the gym before work, normally I am always tired but for some reason I feel like I have more energy with my new routine.
