@Russ Walker sounds like a good plan and yeah thats fair! Time is hard to come by thats why i prefer training in the morning when everyone is asleep...but morning BJJ sessions aren't taking off yet!. Mine is 2 1/2 and holding off on another for now. How about yours?

@Russ Walker Yeah i agree, there aren't many early birds about haha Ah nice mate! Haha I bet! I can't really imagine having another atm but we will at some point going to have to embrace the mayhem!

How's it going? Are we stacking up against our plans? My week is a bit upside down this week and I'm having to gym tonight at like 8.15pm 😫 I don't like it. But better to change plan than give up on the plan right? This is what I'm doing tonightπŸ‘‡ What are you up to?

I've only been to the gym once this week but i've done 3x pilates. I have a physical job and yesterday did day 1 of 4 digging a trench and readying to plant a hedge row. My focus this week is complete the task while looking after my back....so pilates it is, likely with BJJ tomorrow morning. Focusing on engaging the core more often!

Thanks Russ, appreciate it. The core bracing i think is making a huge difference, just trying to be more mindul when doing tasks that i am actively engaging it.

Cheers for sharing Russ. Gives me some hope. I hurt my back about 13 years a go squatting and have been managing it ever since. Currently cant train lower body without it going in the days after. MRI is clear so i am hoping pilates will sort it out. I compete in BJJ and have a physical job and young daughter so I'm committed to healing it...or managing it better!

Looking to overcome a back injury that flares up 3/4 times a year and knocks me down pretty severely. I Need to be fit for work, Fatherhood and BJJ.
