When how we see the world changes …
… our world changes! In a recent session with a client, he was finding a multitude of reasons as to why he cannot launch his new business yet and needs to set up all kinds of systems and processes, before he can go and share his offering with his clients. He found himself in what I call “functional procrastination”: doing a lot of things right instead of doing the right things we actually know we need to do. At the end of the day, we often feel stressed and burned out, feeling like we didn’t accomplish anything despite having been busy all day. We went really deep and within one session discovered how he was creating this sense of separation between him and his customers. He held on to a belief of perfectionism and performance that ultimately disconnected him from his excitement and joy about the service he had created. Eventually we unpacked the source of that believe and were able to shift the perspective and relationship he had with his audience. Instead of perceiving them as separate individuals „out there“, we played with the idea of them actually being allies who he is deeply interconnected with and who want him to succeed as much as he wants them to be fulfilled and supported by his offering. This change in perspective allowed him to drop the procrastination and actually be excited about the idea of going out there and meeting his new-found supporters, involving them into the product creation process more actively and meeting on eye level. Sometimes all it takes is to see things differently, and our entire world will look different in an instant. This example shows in a very practical way how our outdated mindset of separation and competition is holding us back from living our full potential. And to be clear: it is not about becoming more successful by the measures of a fucked up system! But we also don’t have to retreat from the world entirely and renounce the material riches. It is more about seeing through the delusion that any of that will truly make us happy.

I can definitely relate to this! So much so I’m in the middle of my own avoidance patterns right now. Doing my best to see through them all…and we’ll….still pretty foggy out there at the moment. Lol
Gratitude is the medicine
These last few weeks..more like months, lol, have been super intense. There's so much moving, changing, and shifting in my own world and the world at large that I've had moments where I want to be an ostrich. To just go bury my head in the ground and wait for it all to blow over....but I know that's not the answer. So, here we are, on this cosmic spaceship, hurtling through the galaxy at an unfathomable pace and waking up the the collective journey that we are on. It's in times like these that I find that gratitude starts to slip away, until I realize that one day, I'm more concerned with what isn't than what is. This is our collective reminder to stop for a moment and let in the beauty of this chaotic and wild time on the planet. Here we are, with a front row seat for the coming changes. The leading edge of consciousness on the planet. We are the shadow walkers, the new pioneers for a new era that is coming.... daunting as it may be....HOW COOL IS THAT?! I mean really! We are living in EXTRAORDINARY times right now, and get to have the full spectrum of human experience. At this point any results are just a bonus. This is where I remember to be grateful for the beautiful machinery that is my body. The fact that I have a body is incredible. Then the deep appreciation and respect for this community, the support it provides and the joy it brings. We are creating the best ROI ( ripples of impact ) on the planet, and I'm stoked to see where this all goes. Much love, deep respect, and blessings to all of you brave enough to wake up in this wild world. ❤️‍🔥😊

CYCLE BREAKERS: A Moment Of Gratitude
Just wanted to express my deep and overwhelming gratitude for the people here and everywhere that have the courage to show up for themselves, look deeeeep in the mirror in order to BREAK THE CYCLE! As a teacher having worked in around a hundred different schoolsI have been deeply confronted and often troubled by the depth of conditioning and the "myth of normal" that suffocates human creativity, and shames our sensitivities, in the institutions society places all its trust in. I used to be so overwhelmed, outraged, and saddened by what I felt as an "injustice" to the human spirit. The authoritarian approach. The naming and shaming. The labelling. The putting into boxes. GAHHHH!!! However, these days (thank God) I'm now regulated enough that I can stand in the middle of it, breathe, and become the witness, observing it all (both light and shadow) without judgement and with curiosity. From this place I also observe and connect with the sacred, rebellious rage that exists inside of me, in a healthy way, allowing this to fuel my passion for helping humanity heal and wake up to their true nature as love. For those who are fed up, angry, tired, or deeply saddened and troubled as you observe or feel the atrocities occurring on our planet at this time... do not give up. Do not give up on YOU because the world needs you WHOLE, you need you to be WHOLE... and hungry for change. Take that sacred rage and put it into your work, into being the change you wish to see in the world. This rage is sacred because it is the fire we can draw upon to challenge old systems and create new ones. As Picasso once said, "every act of creation is first an act of destruction." It takes some firey energy to tear old structures down. As cycle breakers we must embrace the destruction of old identities, old egoic structures, old ways of existing and thinking on this planet in order to create new solutions, ideas, and change the world for the better. This is the work of warriors, the shadow walkers, the light bringers.

CYCLE BREAKERS: A Moment Of Gratitude

So much yes!!! I was literally talking about this the other day with my family. Being willing to break the cycles that have been in my ancestry for generations takes immense courage. It takes the willingness to step outside not only the expectations societal programming has ingrained in us, it's also identifying and re-writing our expectations of ourselves. Re-evaluating each one with a new lens and higher perspective to see if they still fit. There's potent shifts happening all over the place right now, I know I feel it, and they are confusing as first. Sometimes appearing more as a set back than a recalibration. Each shift is expanding my capacity to simultaneously hold immense joy, play, and freedom with the deep sorrow, pain, and grief for the world. It's not either or, it's both, at the same time. This is the way of the shadow warrior, those who chose to walk where most don't dare to look. Whilst our lives may not be what we thought they would be, we are rich beyond measure to be able to share this wild, weird, and winding road together. Deep gratitude and respect to all those who have chosen to seek their own destiny rather than accept what we've been told. Thank you. I love you. Never lose that rebel spirit, we need that now more than ever <3
