Should I keep bulking?
Deciding whether or not I should keep bulking or go on a nice cut, I've been bulking for 8 months now, currently I'm 158.

@Jacques Campbell I'm 6'2, 8 months ago I was 143 lb, currently I'm rn 159. But yeah my goal is to add a little more size so I'mma keep bulking. I was 162 lb at one point. But that was before I realized doing cardio was okay while you're bulking. I was told that it wasn't which I now know was complete lie, so now on days that I don't lift weights I do some lightweight cardio I either walk on my treadmill I'll go outside for 21 minutes. I realize now doing cardio helps keep everything balanced.

Should You Take Testosterone Boosting Supplements?
Testosterone boosting supplements have been around for a while and they’ve sparked some controversy in the fitness space. While some of them do in fact increase testosterone, it’s not super significant unless a part of your diet is lacking. Instead of jumping straight into testosterone increasing supplements use Cronometer to make sure your diet is optimal and do behaviors like working out, sprinting, and morning sunlight to boost it first

Training 4 Days a Week V.S 6 Days
I’ve recently switched from training 6 days a week to 4 days a week and it’s not working at all. Maybe I’m just in my head but every since I switched to lifting 4 days a week I feel like I’ve only gone backwards. Genetics usually determine how you respond to different styles of training and make sure you experiment with training styles in order to pick the best one for you

@Riggs Lamborn it usually takes the body time to adjust to a new workout schedule. Sometimes it's good to have more than one rest day. But everyone is different. Just give it time.
