Struggling? Free Support Calls πŸ“ž
Hi people πŸ‘‹ Important one - please read. We have 77 members in the community, but only around 15 who are doing stuff, and around 7 who are keeping really consistent and engaged in the community and sessions. "Doing something" is the only way to make a difference. Doing something consistently and progressively is hard, especially when life throws life stuff at you.πŸ’₯ Feeling stuck? What are you doing about it consistently for 3 months or longer to make a difference? Let us know in the comments πŸ‘‡ Some people don't know what to do, others do but can't motivate themselves and keep disciplined. I spoke to someone in the summer who just couldn't fit 3 hour long Pilates sessions in to a week, she thought that's what she HAD to do to get a result 🀯 so she was giving up πŸ₯² When we got on a call and discussed this, and looked at her schedule...We planned in 1 x 45 min session and 2 x 15/20 minute sessions in to her week, she got massive results and found it easy to commit to this. This can fit any schedule and circumstance. But you HAVE to take action. Doing nothing is a one way street DOWNHILL. Einstein is regularly credited with saying that "The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results"....sorry mate, that's not quite right, some things take time....however, insanity is πŸ‘‡ Doing NOTHING consistently and expecting a different result 😩 The engagement in the community opens up everything course wise, as does having an onboarding/support call with me. I have a limited number of calls free each week. Whatever the challenge, lets dive on a call and get down to what is holding you back. You're here for a reason, lets get to work. You can book your call here Can't wait to speak 😊

What Do You Do For Fun? Let Us Know πŸ‘‡
What do you do to kick back from life stuff/stress? What do you enjoy doing, your hobby, your leisure time? For me it is the gym, sauna, Pilates, walking and family time. Occasional 🍻 with friends often watching the rugby - and I try to read a lot. There's more I need to add to this list, but slowly I am getting more time as the kids are a little bigger (both still under 4) to bring in more activity. Maybe some vets rugby on the cards πŸ€”and hoping to get back to BJJ within the next 12 months. Let's hear what you enjoy, and perhaps want to get back to in the future in the comments πŸ‘‡

This Week's Focus? & Challenge Starts Friday
Good morning! What is your one focus for the week? Just pick one thing and go at it as a priority. 🍫 Maybe it's ruling out any poor food choices until the weekend? πŸ’§ Getting in enough water πŸƒβ€β™‚οΈπŸƒβ€β™€οΈMaking sure that run happens regardless of the weather πŸ’Š Keeping a solid exercise routine to beat your back pain Whatever it is, make your commitments in the comments and it will be much more likely to happen. Not sure what it should be? Lets chat, send me a DM and we can look at your goals VS your plan/actions πŸ‘ Aaaaand, the 14 day Shoulder Bridge Challenge begins Friday! This is all about progressing one exercise over a period of time, it's a fun and quick challenge where you can work to your own level, seeing definite progressions over the course of the challenge πŸ™Œ Shoulder bridges are brilliant for your back, knees, hips and glutes, mobility, posture and more. Thursday I will post the intro video, and then from Friday, there will be a daily morning (UK GMT) post in the group with the days challenge video and outline. I will be in touch after this challenge to get some feedback on a NEW live challenge coming soon. Keep moving, Russ

My plan is to move with Pilates each day this week. I got the Beginner one done again. I think it's time to do Level 2 workouts more consistently. Also, I try to eat healthy foods in an 8 hour window. I little harder with family visiting but going to stick to it as best as I can.

I live on a small ranch with my teenage son and husband. We are trying to make fitness be a priority in our family. (Pilates & outside chores.)
