Hey everyone! I am currently helping one of my client streamline his new patient onboarding. Current Problem: Information overload during/after the first visit. Goal: Streamline the whole process. Make patients feel like they’re following a plan without overwhelming them. I am in the process of creating an onboarding funnel to automate this process. What're some of the important things you would include when it comes to onboarding new patients after they bought a package. P.S.
