Step 1. Go to the "Classroom" tab and complete "The Protocol Challenge" Course so you can understand all the rules to this challenge 👍🏻 (30 minutes) Step 2. Check-in daily for this challenge by dropping 5 ✅✅✅✅✅ in the chat to signify you completed the 5 daily tasks for this challenge. If you only did 3, then drop 3, but the goal is 5 checks a day for 30 days!!!! @Andre Kzirian @Andrea Brook I just finished 11 days of a cold shower right when I wake up, and I’ve felt amazing! It’s cold in the moment but it only takes a few seconds to get over it. Energy has been increased and my recovery is definitely pretty solid where I can do another intense workout the next day. People say there’s a difference in glow with me. But I also believe it’s a combination of many habits being changed. I.e, eating better, gratitude in the morning, prayer (for me), reading, etc. but I see more benefits to cold plunge than not! Mentally stimulating and increasing mental strength every morning. If this is the hardest thing I can do first, then you win the day!

@Andrea Brook oooooh girl I’m always cold all the time as well! And I believe it increases metabolism to work more (not sure what your goal is tho). But no hurt in trying it out for a week or 2 and then you never have to do it again if it doesn’t work for you! I blast music for 60 seconds when I’m taking a cold shower haha. I also look forward to my warm showers after my workout😂 but thank you girl! You got this!! Let me know if you need help with anything else :) love this community Andre is building!
