I don't fight it I'm Obsessed I am not like others, I do what others refuse to do, I control my destiny I am never satisfied I cannot settle, l rise while others sleep I refuse to quit, I am driven to succeed. I pledge a commitment to my success my future families success and success is not an option for me but something I insist on achieving. Sit in silence for 15 minutes. Don't try to meditate, just sit silent no phone no tv no music no moment. For 15 minutes and just observe all the thoughts you mind randomly comes up with. Watch how uneasy it is for most. You don't realize how little control you have over your mind until you try this.
