Lack of motivation
If you ever feel a lack for motivation. Remember some bitch just opened her OF and within a couple of weeks bought her self a bran new truck and quoted " with hard work and sacrifice all your dreams can become reality". Sucks that women live life in easy mode and still think they have accomplish things on their own with out any help. Women will not care about all the sacrifices you make for her, in a blink of eye they will turn around and leave you and still have the audacity to say " I didn't ask you to do that for me". Always put your self first and do it for you. Stay strong, smart, and motivated 💪

I describe a lotta women like this - children trapped in a woman’s body. One minute she’s playing games with no accountability and enjoying it, the next she’s bound by nature’s laws. Yeah it’s not fair… but I don’t care about that. I would still willingly go through hell all over again to fight through it. I would still gladly play the (video) game again on HARD mode that it just BECOMES easy.

@Fernando Vasquez indeed, and it makes a man capable of mastering every domain he enters.
NPCs
Every once in a while you see a perfect example of a "living" breathing NPC, constantly qualifying himself to others, reckless approval seeking behavior driven by mainstream media propaganda , with those sappy love drunk beta male eyes. Rarely, you see one get interviewed by a man like Tai Lopez. Tai elegantly dissected this guy during this interview which had me chuckling. However it also inspired me to note here that many people that are so FUCKING boring act like this guy. They are self aggrandized quitters that jump at anything that shines a moment of importance upon them. The most captivating people ooze with substance as they speak. Be it by being entertaining or discussing novel information they have acquired while trail blazing in their field of expertise. The guy brags on Tai's podcast about drug trafficking and almost getting caught, brags about being 5th in the world in some form of martial art, but only fought in one fight and said he doesn't want to get hurt so he teaches... He is a red belt... ME ME ME is most of what this guy says, yet he has not done anything note worthy in life aside from following Tai's program and make a bunch of money. (I am realizing this is genius marketing for Tai's courses as I type this...) Text book narcissism... Watch him go bug eyed when Tai indirectly roasted him like a genius. So elegant and graceful, yet, tragic for one person in particular.... - Something that I would tell this guy is something I learned when I was 12 years old from a friend of my father. We were standing in the entrance hall of my father's friend Paul's giant house in LA next to his guitar/ music room with my father bragging about how smart I am and how I am picking up guitar VERY fast. As Paul started to show some satisfaction in hearing that I am really into music I blurted out "I JUST LEARNED HOW TO PLAY BUREE IN E MINOR!" Expecting him to be impressed and wanting to hear me play, he then look disappointed in me and told me something I will never forget...

essentially your actions and deeds speak for you… THROUGH the people that see you in action.

It’s also powerful to think about - while you’re actively out there in the world acquiring influence, it’s already passively spreading because of the things you’ve done. It works in parallel for you.
Take a Penny, Leave a Penny
“Everyone has problems. We are not defined by our problems, but rather how we deal with them.” - Kyle Mullaney This is something I say quite often to people that are upset with the cards they hold. We all have the right to be upset when we get dealt a bad hand, but we are ultimately responsible for the decisions we make. To do, or not to do something we know is right or wrong, must or should not be done. That is what defines us as men. That being said, when we see people struggling to make the right decisions in life and it hurts us, we are absolutely justified to seek retribution. However, we all have times in our past where we knowingly made poor decisions. I personally choose to define myself as someone who is gracious and understanding when people do me wrong. My new saying to remind myself of the reasons I want to be understanding and gracious: “Take a penny, leave a penny”. But a wise man once said “fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice… Fool me once, never get fooled again…” 🤠 Exercise gratitude for your blessings, and grace for others short comings, but be quick to lock certain doors in life for people who’s actions show you they are making poor decisions… Namaste 🙏🏻

A lotta people are directly responsible for a lotta the traumas and struggles we’ve endured… but without them, we’d never be who we are now. As sudden tragic and beyond our control trauma can be… it opens to door to us reaching our apex, a journey that requires conviction and deliberate action instead of reaction.
Eat your vegetables
Some people argue that vegans are healthier, some argue that the carnivore diet is the way to go. For me, the most important thing is how my food was grown or raised. Eating healthy food is not eating a salad at McDonald’s over grass fed pasture raised steak and organic potatoes and grass fed butter. That being said, if I do not eat organic then when I eat a meat heavy diet with not lots of beans and lettuce I have less gut issues. Who else here has a gut that is sensitive to pesticides? https://www.instagram.com/p/DCr06qghqJH/?igsh=MzRlODBiNWFlZA==

Veggies are great for minerals and vitamins (ie: spinach and kale for iron and zinc; hell they complement protein well too, especially protein synthesis)
Nice Analogy
If you ain’t got female friends in your social circle, you might as well be the equivalent of a homeless man. https://youtube.com/shorts/63KqAfaqiAM?si=WSLYFn4P8cSl5TAD
