My google ads have been running for a little over a week now with only impressions to show for it. There hasn't been any clicks, just about 200 impressions. For context one brand has about 3k search demand per month and the other roughly 1000. I've been raising my bids quite a bit and optimizing negative keywords everyday, but still no clicks. Just wondering if this is normal or if there is something I should look at/consider changing.

My suppliers don't have skus for their products so i'm forced to use the same sku for every product. (I just made one up). Could this effect ads impressions since skus help google identify your product when crawling?

I launched my google ads campaigns 5 days ago and it says i have 24 impressions total, but in merchant center it says I have almost 50. Anyone else experience this?

How should I decide how much to markup my products. I plan to include shipping in the price and say free shipping. However, I don't understand why consumers wouldn't just go to another website that sell the same products for a lower price.
