This exercise was eye opening. I was thinking of two niches, and this allowed me to narrow down my search. I feel there's not enough searches for new grad and travel PT as of right now...which doesn't seem like a good niche then? Therefore, I am thinking of targeting women 30+ to learn how to get under the bar fearlessly to build muscle and their confidence. I am nervous that this is a saturated area, but these platforms suggested a plentiful market...

@Laura Turner I think we're all anxious and trying to build the confidence within ourselves to put the content we KNOW out there. You're not in this alone! You have a lot to offer and you ARE different. You're the only laura turner I know at least 😉

Intro assignment
#Video 1 1. Tell us about yourself- Hello, I go by JSong. Like many of you, I have had my struggles. It took me a couple of tries to get into PT school and to pass the NPTE (go figure)...Regardless, I graduated PT school in 2021 and decided to pursue travel therapy soon thereafter. One of my last CI's told me I wouldn't be able to make 6 figures in this occupation as a new grad, and with God's grace, I did. I moved from IL to AZ in a sedan with my dog, Nagi, and we are head over heels for this state and everything it has to offer. Now I am currently on my last contract assignment, and I am opening up a mobile practice on the side in hopes to take charge of my schedule and the way I want to handle patient care. Along the way, I would love to build a 168-vehicle with you all to gain peace of mind, more freedom, and ability to give more. 2. Tell us who taught you about money growing up- No one. I learned from Tony Robbins Unshakeable in 2017. 3. Tell us if it is in line with what GT talked about- I would say so. He taught me intro to investing from the book, but at the time, I was too focused with school. 4. What did they accomplish- everything. He is most recognized within the motivational and life coaching sectors. 5. Is that what you want? Something similar.

Ploy is a 30 year old female, who is single with a Bachelors in Psychology. She works a desk job and makes around 65k a year. She is pro self love, and women independence. She aspires to find a healthy relationship and is currently trying to lose weight for her Thailand trip. She is on tik tok, IG, and youtube. She enjoys spending her money on fashion, food, and makeup. Jay is a 31 year old male, who is single and a recent OT graduate. He makes about 75k/year. He is motivated by status and making more money. He is on IG and tiktok. He enjoys to spend his time at the gym and buys expensive items/clothes.
