Ah dang, I really enjoyed this community. Thanks for everything, Cody! It's been a blessing being able to connect with you, and be a part of this awesome group of people. This has definitely helped to shift my mentality, and pushed me to get into BNI! Which, I've received a couple tiny projects, but hey, gotta start somewhere! We appreciate you brother!

Contracts?
Hey everyone! I'm looking for some guidance on contracts. I'd like to have a contract built out that's easily used for businesses/weddings, where I can change information pretty easily. I have one that I've written myself, but I'd like something a bit more detailed and professional looking. Thanks!

Attention If Business Is Slow..Hold On
Things always get weird around an election usually around September and then stabilizes after inauguration in January. Regardless of party. You can do it! What I do is focus on retargeting old clients with new offers. I have 3 offers I can pivot depending on the season.

@Kyle Tyndall Love it man. So thorough and well done, I legit never thought of using ChatGPT to help formulate an email for some reason. Haha Are you just working with local-ish businesses? Or are you targeting some larger clients?

@Kyle Tyndall Copy that. I'm going to give that a shot and get some emails sent out. Are you using something like Apollo to find emails? That's what I've been doing, and if I can't locate the email, I'll reach out to their main one like "info" or something similar.

For those that joined BNI
How big is your chapter? I just attended a local chapters meeting, but they're pretty small. Only 13 people, and they're the biggest one in my area. It was pretty cool though, everyone was so chill and welcoming!
