As I’m an early riser I start my Sunday with a hot water and lemon with cinnamon and local honey drink. Maybe a castor oil liver pack and then a Shower before my yoga class at 10am . Brunch with a friend, walk the dog in the woods for a couple of hours in the afternoon then home to prepare for the week . I love Sundays ! Prepping healthy snacks for the week ahead leaves me feeling on top and then an early night! Perfect Sunday !
