Followed by LOVE Let pain guide return to normal exercises, condition mind for Optimal recovery by being optimistic and positive choose pain free Vascualizational cardiovascular activities to get blood flowing Exercise to restore mobility and strength (though they did say there is no harm using ice for pain relief if it helps, it has just been proven to not do what it was thought to do) I'm sure this isn't completely new. But becoming more universally accepted and awareness growing.
