I did want to ask this in call but totally forgot πŸ˜‚
Ok let me be more specific, excluding cardio, does like strength training affect dancing? Like heavy arm strengthening, heavy leg strengthening as well? I rarely see extremely ripped dancers if that Makes sense lol πŸ˜† like body builders. I’m only asking because in the future I will be doing this kind of training for wrestling (because that’s something I’ve always wanted to do lol) but not sure If this affects dancing if at all πŸ€” any body builder dancers here?

Not a bodybuilder but I do enjoy weight lifting. Some advice I would say is don't worry about it, no one becomes too ripped on accident. My mom would always worry about getting too ripped when she started weight lifting and I had to reassure her she would probably not accidentally become Arnold Schwarznegger overnight (probablyπŸ˜…). You can do both (unless you're planning on dedicating the rest of your life to becoming a professional competition body builder, which might affect dancing a bit).
