Thank you Simon for creating this group. Thought I put together a post to say hello and introduce myself to the group. To answer Simons three questions. 1- I am looking to gain deeper insights my own value and priorities. Meet new people who are trying to grow and improve. 2 - I am Personal Trainer and Strength Coach, so if you have any questions around your fitness/health/nutrition would be more than happy to have a chat. 3 - I am proud that I am able to help people in a profound and meaningful way, I really love my job and seeing the progress that is made due to the hard work and dedication that people are capable.
