Biggest pain point so far is running 4 jobs simutanously and having set my draws up in a bad format and opporating on company money really sucks so I've made changes and hopefully will get out of the rut soon, big note to all contractors set your contracts up to completely run off the clients money, also just sold my first lead design project so I'm super pumped about that job. 6k design with approximately 200k project

I’m currently running everything myself but am working on transitioning the company owner into a PM instead of just being a crew leader…. That sounds really weird but that’s our agreement so far but he loves this new idea and wants to support it and grow into that role as soon as he replaces himself, not an easy task with the current labor pool!

I just signed up for a year of Buildertrend, is it a complete loss or should I use it for a year and then switch? Dont really have the means to do something different now... but could just keep saving to switch eventually?
