Are Google search-ads the best-bet for targeting 'luxury homeowners'?
I overlook sales for a Seattle, WA based custom-tech integration company (home automation, A/V, smart-security, networking etc.). And our company is considering and exploring options for digital advertising and marketing in general. - We are trying to go after the luxury homeowner market. - We're looking for $50k above jobs. Ideally $150k-$300k - The custom-integration industry is highly dependent on word-of-mouth for having a filled pipeline. Specially for our industry, public-awareness is still a bottle-neck for what we see. Thus resulting in not enough search-volume on Google as-per our liking. And that coupled with us trying to hawk down the luxury-homeowners seems like a far-fetched idea. There's only 1 marketing agency dedicated to purely serving our industry, which shows that there isn't much scope of advertising in the custom integration market. I understand that Facebook ads probably won't work for us, as the people we're looking for won't be on Facebook (correct me if I'm wrong). But - 1. Are Google search ads even worth it for trying to sell such high-ticket services? 2. Considering Google and FB ads work great for Solar and HVAC installers, what kind of projects sizes (in terms of the budget that homeowners would usually have) should we be expecting if we try these advertising platforms for our integration firm? Are $10k to $15k still a far-fetch? Also, is it even possible to get 30+ conversions (form-fillup on landing page) per month when running Google ads, since that's the minimum requirement. 3. What marketing strategy and medium (Google, LinkedIn, etc.) would you suggest for our particular case? 4. Or should we avoid digital advertising and invest our marketing-budget into increasing the no. of referral-sources we have (architects, interior designers, builders, etc.)? I'll really really appreciate it if someone can address these 4 questions individually… That'll be super helpful. Thanks :)

It's nice to see other tech-integrators in the group. I run a company based in Miami. I've been working with OneFirefly for a bit over 3 months, the agency that I guess you mentioned. And I wouldn't really recommend their advertising services. Just invest into partnering with interior designers. Usually their clients would literally pay for anything that's being recommended to them.
Can we create Google Manager-account using same email used in Google ADs-acc.?
I've made a Google ads account to get familiarized with the platform, and now I'm trying to create a Google Manager account. But it's not letting me create the Manager account and is directly logging me into my Ads-account every time I try to log-in the Manager account page with the email that I've already used to create the Ads account. Can we not create Manager account using same email that has already been used to create a Manager account?

@Troid Dutta FINALLY! Thanks Troid. I've been beating my head over it for 3 days now, doing the same thing over and over again. Logging in, only to get redirected to another ads account that I created with my 2nd email.
Every Google Ads Asset (Extensions): How to Setup & Optimize [Step-by-Step Tutorial 2024]
I decided to breakdown Google Ad Assets (extensions). Many of here probably already know how to setup Assets but if you are a beginner this should be a nice resource. Also, beginner or advanced - make sure to check on your Automated Assets! I show you how in the video. Hope you enjoy!

How can automated assets be called "assets" but have the ability to add headlines…? And what does "longer ad headlines" mean? Could you give an example…?
How many Ad-groups? & How many Keywords in each of them?
Me and my wife are trying to learn and understand Google ads to boost our Florida based local Smart-tech-integration company (that does: Residential/commercial/yacht Automation; A/V -> home-theaters, media-rooms; Smart-Security; WiFi installs, etc) - https://hoppenhomesystems.com/ With an Ad-budget of $2,000, $3,000, $4,000, $5,000 and $6,500 respectively, serving 2 states in USA - (Avg. Keyword bid = $15) 1. How many ad groups to make? 2. How many keywords should we put in each of them? And how many to pick in total? 3. Maybe, some tips on selecting keywords, specifically for these local home service businesses…? After watching Austin's videos, I now already understand that I'm supposed to decide upon a few specific services I want to promote before beginning with Google ads… & I should aim for around 10 clicks a day… & I should only switch to tCPA after 30 conversions last month. But it'll be great if you could maybe take some time to answer these 3 down below, or even better - if you could maybe make a video covering that & setting up conversions, with any tips & thoughts you wanna share… Thanks 😁

@Amanda Lenhardt Thanks for writing, but I'll love to know more about the logic that went behind.
What is "competitor keywords" supposed to mean in this context? ->
When almost everyone says - "Make sure you're not bidding for competitor keywords during the Keyword-research Phase", what does it mean?? What is "competitor keywords" supposed to mean in this context? Let's say I'm a local home-service business based in FL, USA. So when someone says "competitor keywords", here "competitor" is basically my actual competitors? Is that correct? If that's the case, then isn't it a good idea to bid on competitor's keywords? I can potentially steal traffic from my competitors… Or am I missing something?

I took Aaron Young's course on google ads. He talks about starting with 2-3 long tail broad match keywords. Having to add negs is a total nightmare. I wont recommend that to anyone. Austin is on point with what he preaches about match types. But I also have been trying to find how many keywords should I be bidding on for my electrical company. How many keywords and how many of them in each ad group? Everyone is only talking about e-commerce and the new performance max campaigns it seems. 😗
