Does anyone use custom GPT's to help create their workflows for their Bots?

Just wanted to share some good news, just signed a new customer for a 6 month contract for a chatbot. In addition to that Im building him a website too. I sent him an onboarding form that I had created in Microsoft forms to fill out and discovered he wanted another bot. He needed one for his Facebook Messenger and one for his Website. I've done some research and found that I can build one bot in manychat that can be deployed in both spaces. Do I charge customer for an additional Bot? It's crunch time! Sunday is my deadline to deliver.

What tools and/ or systems are you using and is not a typical tool to use? how are you using it and for what purpose? I’m using Browse.ai witch I am not using to it’s full potential. Primarily what I’m using it for is to scrape websites for its links and other items like mail and other info

I know this may be a loaded question but could be very helpful to new people. What process / steps do you take when searching for leads and how do you gather this information and follow up? Hope we can get lots of processes/ steps everyone is doing so we can get ideas on what we may or may not be doing to have a successful business. Myself. 1. Make post on Facebook with CTA 2. My CTA leads them back to my website so they can learn more about me. 3. I capture their information and send to excel through integration 4. I’m in the process of setting up a crm with ways of sending emails to nurture my potential customers and also in the process of creating some type of evergreen product or course I can give them for free I know I have a long way to go and need much improvement on my processes and look forward to feedback and to see what others are doing.
