Does anybody have experience with Investor Lift?

I got ahold of a tax delinquent prospect who doesn't want to sell. He needs to pay his taxes before September. If he doesn't pay them he will lose his house. What kind of follow up would you do?

Have any of you tried working with PPL providers to get deals? If so, what was your experience and who do you like best/worst?
